From Perlis MTB
Assalamu'alaikum and good days, we are plan to organise the fitness training at 'Gunung Jerai' on 09 May 2010 @ Sunday.
The programme as per list :
0530hrs : Depart from Kangar @ Perlis Power Plant @ House to Gunung Jerai.
0615hrs : Reach at Gurun R & R at PLUS highway for breakfast & Subuh.
0630hrs : Depart from Gurun R & R to Gunung Jerai.
0700hrs : Start Hiking/ Climbing from hill foot to hill top.(13 Km)
1100hrs : Reach at summit @ Jerai Resort.

1200hrs : Start Hiking/ Down hill. (13 Km)
1500hrs : Reach at hill foot.
1505hrs : Shower & to tidy up or change clothes.
(there will be bath room at the foot hill)
1530hrs : Finish & go home
Remarks :
1. The route will be using normal road (tarmac) to the top hill
2. Bring at least 2-3 litre of mineral water together (100 plus or energy water recommended)
3. Wear suitable clothes : - t-shirt - track bottom - suitable shoes for climbing / down hill (at least running/tracking shoes) - selipar jepun not allow
4. Poncho/rain coat - due to raining season currently
5. Handphone - fully charge (incase of emergency)
6. Bring high energy food with you (power gel, power bar, snack, bread with planta, etc)
